About the site:

OK, this is not exactly a book, but a collection of documents with rules, guidelines, and recommendations for C and C++ coding practices. Kindly compiled by Christopher M. Lott. The list includes coding standard from the GNU people and Linux kernel coding style from Linus Torvalds. It also includes two style guides that are based on work done at Bell Labs Indian Hill (the site in Naperville, Illinois where the 5ESS digital switch is developed).

Note: One coding rules by Mats Henricson and Erik Nyquist was later expanded into a book called Industrial Strength C++ and published by Prentice Hall.
